Cabbage Rolls Again . . .

I just bought the world's biggest cabbage. Look at the size of that puppy! And only 99 cents! I love it when produce is local and in season. Of course, it means I am making a huge pot of cabbage rolls.

Cabbage rolls are so awesome! When I was little I think they were one of my favorite things my mom would make - rice, tomato sauce, and I forget what else inside these awesome cabbage leaves. I'm such a sucker for good veggies :D

Cabbage rolls are a great idea! Not only can I use up the cabbage in the fridge, it's also an Egyptian dish made in the winter as a break from stuffed vine leaves. I've never made either though. Thanks for the inspiration.

Holy crap, that's a big cabbage! I'm excited to try your cabbage rolls, I have a napa cabbage in my fridge taunting me. I'm kind of a cabbage novice.

Everything here looks so good! I always quote your blog to my husband and other men who question vegan men in the kitchen :)
